Shakti Simone Lehner

MBA Biologist, Yoga teacher (BYV, 1999) and -Acharya (SYVC), alternative practitioner (in own practice since 2003), meditation teacher (BYV), Ayurveda practitioner and Hormonyoga therapist.

Shakti founded the Yoga Vidya Center Speyer with her husband Maheshwara in 2003 and has intensive further training in Yoga NidraTM, MBSR, Yin-Yoga and Hatha-Yoga anatomy with Paul and Suzee Grilley, philosophy and Sanskrit with her teachers Sukadev Bretz, Sw. Atma, Sw. Govindananda and Sw. Tattvarupananda.

Since 2001 she has been teaching training courses for yoga teachers in Germany, India and the USA.
